Some of the great wines I hind in this store didn't find in LCBO. Often there is tasting so I can taste the products. Great selection. I find there also cider-like beverages and IrishCream- like liquor. The personal is very knowledgeable and I often count on their suggestions for the type of wine I need. Great wine store!?????
G	Gen Mail on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff here are pushy and want you to decide quickly. Samples are very small compared to other locations. Not much to taste to know if you'd like it or not. Staff not as knowledgable about product as in other locations.

V	Valerie LeMoyne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I burst into the store at 9:45pm looking to replace a box of wine. Tamyka was very knowledgeable and found the type of wine I needed to replace. I ended up having a tear occur while opening the box and being in a hurry, I did not take my receipt despite Tamyka offering it to me. She however, remembered me when I called the next day. Thanks to her I was able to communicate my situation to the manager Manisha. Manisha fulfilled the requirements to replace the torn box and totally saved me from a family dinner with no wine! Manisha was very kind and helpful and took care of the issue very quickly. Navreet was present and was very kind and helped her team mates by continuing stocking the shelves while they addressed my situation. Huge thanks to Tamyka for recognizing a stranger in a mask the next day! Thank you Tamyka and thanks again to everyone who helped! What a gem team, I just love this wine rack cause every person who works there, that I've met over the years has been great. Great team culture :) !!

D	David K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware a black girl named "Merlot" has a serious attitude problem. If you are miserable at home don't bring it to work. Perhaps customer service is not your choice of employement? Of course someone else complained about her! This happened on May 29th 9pm.
