★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I finally decided to check this trail out with my dogs, so glad I did!! It’s a nice short loop, we did it twice. The first few hundred meters are uphill, and pretty early on in the hike you’ll reach a stunning lookout point, have a seat at the picnic table and take it in. The way down is just as beautiful, then at the bottom you’ll walk along the lake and then along a field. The whole walk is wonderful!! Most of the trail on the upper parts is single track, then the lower parts are double track.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped here for a quick break on our way home. We just did the loop trail itself and it was not difficult. The view from the ridge was really nice, you can see for quite a distance.
In the winter, I can see this being a challenge. I had my two boys with me and took us about 30 minutes overall.
If you are in the area and need a quick break, this place is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice small spot out of the way. There's a covered shelter with picnic tables and trash bins so it's a good spot for a picnic. There's decent enough of parking.
