Went in for a replacement ripping chain for my saw. Unfortunately, they didn't have one in stock and had to order one in. I had a couple of questions about a sharpening kit and was impressed at the collaborated effort that went into providing answers. ... nice, polite, and competent staff that earn your repeat business.

Absolutely a amazing place. Staff will bend over backwards to help find what you're looking for. Well stocked Absolutely huge location If they don't have it it hasn't been made yet. Exceptional customer service and the staff are amazing. COVID 19 protocols are in affect and the store is absolutely spotless.

Had an issue with my 4066. The part was under warranty which was nice..but the best part of it was the top notch service I got from Chris the service manager and Wes the tech who came by my home to fix me up. Can’t leave out Steve the salesman who sold me the tractor in the 1st place, and was really pleasant to deal with through the β€œstress” of finding the right package for what I needed. Top notch dealership

I wish I could give this company a higher review as I’d much rather support local than going further south. Purchased a piece of equipment for approx $10,000 brand new. Broke before it had 45 hours on it. John Deere fixed reluctantly in the fall and took a long time to fix (I’d blame shipping delays but I don’t think that’s the issue). This piece of equipment is only used for approx 3-4 weeks spring and fall. Didn’t get to even use one fall before it broke. Finally got back after season ended. Used for 2 full days in the spring and same thing broke. The sales man I purchased said equipment from never called me back… which is no surprise because I’m not a farmer. my tiny purchase means nothing to him. After 3 weeks being broken I finally got fed up and spoke to the manufacturer who John Deere says they ordered part needed from. I had part from manufacturer sent to my home address within 3 days.., so how John Deere who has β€˜β€™more connections available since they are a dealer’ still doesn’t have my part after 3 weeks is slightly confusing? Bottom line: don’t sell products you know nothing about. Just don’t carry it. Also treat everyone equal. Yes 10,000 is minimal in your world, but it’s not in mine and it’s caused my business to suffer. Also communicate with your customers better. Or I wouldn’t have had to call for updates every couple of days. Maybe they are better with million dollar spenders but for anyone not spending big $ just go to Port Perry or somewhere else
