★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a problem with the opener on one of the windows Kris installed. While it took some time to sort out , Kris stood by his product and I was never in any doubt that a solution would be found (a replacement window was installed free of charge).
I don't usually write reviews, but I think in Calgary to find a service like that, is very special. Thanks for your help.

They showed up on time and even before the start of work they explained how it would all go and really did a beautiful job. Out of all the quotes I got they were the only ones to ensure the window was able to have a casing go all the way around inside which I think makes all the difference!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Installed three replacement basement windows plus a fourth enlarged replacement window added for egress into a basement bedroom in spring 2019, We were very happy with the work at the time. However, recent redevelopment in our basement has revealed (by another window professional) that one of the replacement windows was not installed properly. An energy auditor further identified that none of the basement windows were properly insulated. I reached out to Kris for follow-up, hoping this company would stand by their work, and after a few messages back and forth, have been completely ignored. Check their work before they cover things up or do not use this company. VERY DISAPPOINTED. They will not be getting any further business from me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basement egress window and Window well were installed by this company but the window well doesnt drain properly so it overflows into the basemen when it rains. They said it doesn’t happen often but it happens because of clay in the ground and “good luck” was the the last word on the phone. Just do not hire this company.

Polite men and easy to talk to.
Chase looked over some of our other renovations and gave a few recommendations of their "go to" contractors they use.
Our new window is a nice sized slider window finished inside and out.
I have had 2 other egress windows installed at another house and even though the other company did an OK job
The Window and Door Guys exceeded the last company with easy communication, stuck to their quoted price and installed a nice sized finished window
I highly recommend this company.
