★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn’t answer the phone within the first three seconds after being put on hold for 20 minutes so the girl hung up on me. Super rude like they don’t even give you the chance to answer the phone I’m assuming they were rushing to get on their 1 1/2 lunch break.

They are caring and empathetic and overall excellent thorough doctors!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had lovely experiences with Dr.Brown my whole life. However today I saw the doctor on call after being advised by an 811 line nurse to seek medical attention. Saw the doctor for under 1 minute. He cut me off while I was explaining what was wrong. Very disappointed in the level of service and care, don't waste your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We started seeing Dr. Kendra Strong three years ago when our daughter was born. She is amazing! Super attentive, patient, and kind. She is so good with my two kids.
The clinic does vaccinations and the nurse is wonderful. She is professional and informative.
I’ve always had pleasant experiences with the receptionist and the office staff. They’re always able to get me or my kids in for an appointment within a few days, if not the same day (I’m always given the option of seeing another doctor if I need a sooner appointment).
All in all, such a great team! So happy we started coming here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This doctor's office never answers the phone during their stated office hours. This week I called 5 days in a row and was continuously put through to the "we are on lunch break" message no matter what hour of the day I called. Their after-hours emergency line (which you get put through to automatically if you they don't answer the phone) can do nothing at all except put you through to 911 (their words to me). Worst service ever but good luck finding a different family doctor taking on new patients at a different clinic.
