★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing but fantastic things to say about Dr. Punnyamurthi and RN Emily Jarvie. Lovely people who know their stuff. I never feel that I'm being rushed out of there (even when I have a million questions/concerns) or that a health concern isn't being taken seriously. Nice to find a place where you're treated as a respected human being.
I felt I should do a review because all the negative ones seem to be associated with those working reception. My experience has been that sometimes people have bad/hectic days and aren't super bubbly. And I think we all know that people working front desks are usually on the receiving end of everyone else's bad day as well. It's a pandemic, things are very busy. Overall I have no complaints and everyone is wonderful. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ love my doctor here, but the receptionists are awful. they give so much unnecessary attitude on the phone when all I am doing is trying to make an appointment, and get frustrated when I don't remember my doctors exact vacation days, which isn't my responsibility anyways. Ive only had pleasant experiences with a couple receptionists who were a bit younger, the older receptionists need a serious attitude adjustment (and should think about retiring considering how miserable they clearly are)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Covid hit and they've gone downhill from there. They will absolutely NOT answer the phone doesn't matter how many times you call. I've been trying to get in contact with my doctor for the past 2 WEEKS.
After that I had to go to the clinic. The secretary of this clinic is an old woman who is very rude. He raised his voice in front of my daughter, holding her ears and shaking her head, just saying you can't see the doctor. I was very upset and ashamed .
I realy need see my doctor Dr Jafari.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Hasham here is wonderful, I've had him since I was born (literally!) and he has always been 100% professional and understanding. He has been with me through everything- from consoling to checkups to getting my broken arm in a cast... he has never misdiagnosed or been unprofessional with me.
I've also had his coworker/dr check me up when he was on vacation and was just as comfortable and professional. Thanks Dr!!
Although reception does suck- doesn't mean the doctors do too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My doctor is amazing. His office regularly double bills me for disability paperwork and STILL won't call back after 5 messages over 2 weeks. But they'll be ALL OVER you for that payment you've already made.
Also seems to take at least 3 weeks for them to turn around send out any important documentation to the government.
