★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TL; DR: Wasted 3 weeks of apartment searching time.
My GF and I applied here, but was asked to provide a co-signer even though our credit scores where well in the good credit score range. We applied right when one was available and rushed all their asked requirements and they were being slow in the verification process. In the end we didn’t get it because someone with a better score applied after! Completely unfair. It should be first come first serve! Horrible management company. Wasted 3 weeks of our time as we needed to make a bank draft in their company name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Run fast and run far! Do NOT come tho this building! Once Homestead took over 2 years ago the revolving door of Superintendents continued. There have been 2 Supers in 2 yrs with Homestead and currently looking for a 3rd.
The security is non-existent with cameras that don't record anywhere.
It is a a positive place to call home.
