She is so committed to having a quality centre. She also has worked with young children. I know how valuable it is to have a director who has been in the trenches. I have a great group of co workers who are great at problem solving, communicating, and show so much care and love to the children, parents, co workers. I’ve learned so much about using the Braeview system which includes being viewed on camera by Willowbrae parents. It has been such a valuable tool for quality in programming and for parents who really learn to appreciate all the work it takes to be an Educator of young children. I’ve been working with young children for 30 years now and I keep on learning. I really appreciate the opportunity to know the families and staff. We’re a great team and we will continue to grow and become a valuable asset in our community. If you value positivity, creativity, learning, communication, fun, and learning new things you should come and work at Willowbrae Victoria.
S	Sandy D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Willowbrae’s Victoria branch is a new daycare facility in the heart of downtown. This daycare is part of a franchise that is centered around their Braeview system, which is the selling point that drew our family to choose this facility. Through this system you can log into the website and view your child at anytime throughout the day. The staff there are great and treat our little one like she is part of a bigger family! Throughout the day the staff will also update your child’s log so you can see when and for how long they napped, what and how much they have eaten at each meal, their bathroom schedule, activities they did, and when they hit developmental milestones. Going back to work wasn’t easy, but knowing my little babe was looked after and knowing I could witness that myself from my computer screen was the piece of mind I needed! My husband and I joke that the kids eat better meals than we do throughout the day and they are constantly being exposed to new activities daily! We are definitely satisfied with our choice.

The facility is beautiful and well kept up, the staff clearly care about the kids and their classrooms, the curriculum is well thought out, the outdoor space was spacious and well designed, and the Director was well informed and knowledgeable. You can tell a lot of thought and care has been taken to attend to the needs of the kids as well as the staff. So glad daycare options like this exist in Victoria!

We love the longer flexible opening hours, food is included, and being to see on the live cameras how he’s doing when he’s had a rough morning start. I see them always doing interactive activities. They’re so good at informing parents of any issues.

My son hasn't even been there for a month yet and already we feel like family! The staff are great with the children. My son felt so comfortable right from the beginning it gave me that assurance he was being care for properly and having a blast playing with the other kids there too! Not to mention, I can check the live cam if my child is in the classroom and just check in on him to see how he is doing, if he's had a bad start that morning, and make sure he has settled in ok. The food menu is fantastic, I know my son is being fed well and that not only is he full after he has eaten, but the meal plan follows a healthy food guide so he is getting the proper nutrition he needs daily!! The director Shannon, has got to be one of the most understanding, kind, and compassionate woman I have ever had the pleasures of dealing with! Thank you Willowbrae family for being as awesome as you are!

They are always so good to us, my little one goes through a lot with a parent in the Navy leaving a lot and his teachers have been so amazing at being there for him when times are tough. I highly recommend to everyone!

All the educators we ever had were all lovely and well qualified. We would highly recommend this daycare as a worry-free place to leave your kiddos! Plus they have a kitchen for freshly cooked meals and snacks, and always do fun and creative activities (music, art/craft, dance parties etc).
