Can't say enough positive things about it. Wonderful staff, great program, very well equipped facility. As a parent I always felt my baby was being cared and nurtured while at daycare. He is happy and learned a lot.

Upon taking a tour of this daycare there were a few red flags for me. 1. None of the staff acknowledged our (4 month old) son who was awake in my arms or asked us what his name was during our (solo) tour, even when we were just sitting down and talking together. 2. One of the very young (maybe 11 or 12 months) children was abruptly placed in a sort of time out zone where a gate was closed and she was left alone crying hysterically by herself. 3. They have very bizarre rules around diapering (children are not allowed to hold toys when getting their diaper changed as it takes away from the diapering "experience"). And the most concerning, 4, we were told that staff do not support the infant's learning how to sit. They are left to lay down until they are old enough to sit on their own. The head supervisor running this centre did not seem to be capable of taking care of children and I left feeling very concerned. I am utterly surprised that the head supervisor is being left to run a government subsidized daycare facility.

My kids went here and I can honestly say it is the best place. Highly qualified staff, low kid to caregiver ratios, excellent napping facilities and indoor and outdoor space. I think reviewer JD must have misunderstood something? There is no time out zone. The infants are allowed to express their emotions (eg crying) but I’ve never seen a child ignored there. The Centre follows Magda Gerber’s theories on infant care. As long as parents are comfortable with that philosophy (I didn’t know about it before but once I read about it I was totally on board), then, as a parent who has spent many hours there, I cannot recommend this place enough. It always has a huge waitlist!

I can't say enough good things about this centre. The VCC came highly recommended to us and our experience has been very positive. The director of the centre has been my daughter's primary care provider for 11 months and we have been so impressed by her warmth, responsiveness, knowledge, dedication and professionalism. My child is excited to go to this daycare and is attached to the staff there. Choosing a daycare for ones' child is an important and personal decision; we feel fortunate that they have been a part of our child's life. We highly recommend this centre.

Send my son there starting at 10.5 months until he aged out. He received amazing care and lots of attention. The ECEs are right there sitting on the ground with the infants, playing and reading with them, and correcting any unwanted behaviours (my son was the biter). I loved that he played with other kids in his age range and they were able to model behaviour and actions (walking, running, & dancing) from each other. They care about the kids and it’s an incredibly well managed organization.
