Williams Moving & Storage is an origin agent that will confirm receipt of your request, contact your client within the same business day and provide you with the date and time of the survey as soon as contact is made. We provide client contact within 24 hours of receiving a request for Origin Survey, as well as a confirmation of date and time of survey to the booking agent. Survey results will be sent in 24 to 48 business hours after survey completion.
We will confirm pack/load dates to client once authorization to proceed is received from the booking agent. Our professional crews will provide floor runners, padding of stair railings, removal of packing debris and final walk through to ensure all goods have been packed and/or removed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ZERO stars is what this pathetic excuse for a moving company deserves! Heed this advice, DON"T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! They are unprofessional, they do not give two flying figs about your possessions. One of the employees reeked of alcohol and they didn't wear masks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired Williams Moving to help me move from Invermere to Cranbrook. Earl stopped by for an estimate and it ended up being cheaper which is always a bonus. I had the same crew for loading and unloading even though it was a different day. They were careful , efficient and humorous given the tasks of moving heavy stuff up and down stairs. They moved piano and sofa bed like it was feather light. Should I ever need the services of a mover again I will contact Earl and his team again!

I’m stuck with a damaged fridge.

Their attitude was friendly yet professional and I knew every piece of my belongings would be handled with care. Moving can be a stressful event but this company eased my mind and brought a comforting end to a special chapter in my life. My sincere thanks to everyone at Williams.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The two guys who moved us today from Cranbrook to Fernie were the fastest humans I’ve ever seen. They packed up our entire home in under and hour and off they went. Super affordable, very fast, and not a single item even had the slightest bit of damage. 11/10 fantastic
