The good: I had the system installed in July. I have noticed a big difference in the water quality, just from bathing in the water for a few months. Laundry feels clean and brand new with every wash. The reverse osmosis has made a big difference in the taste of food we cook and the water we drink (in a good way!). They had a problem with one of the reverse osmosis systems they installed not working correctly so they simply replaced it entirely. The not so good: I would say one thing I was not impressed with was the pushiness and false information I was fed to by the sales agents and people that did the install. I understand it's a business and they need to make sales, but I am certain everyone would prefer honesty rather than dirty tricks.. I had received a pack *for free* that included soaps, laundry detergent, all sorts of household cleaners. The bottles for dispensing were all smashed (never received replacement ones like I was told I would). There is no way this pack is of as high of a value as they claim. Maybe a quarter the amount, tops. Also, was told someone would return to check my water quality a few weeks after install and that also never occurred. The part that choked me the most was that I have a small leak under my sink that I had let them know about. The guy 'in charge' had told me they would fix it no problem (at no cost). I was grateful that they were willing to go above and beyond for a new customer. I was told I'd be reached soon to have someone come fix it. After a month I had contacted them to see when I could expect someone and was told they thought it was already dealt with a few weeks ago. They sent someone out to look at it, again, and this time gave me options on how to proceed. Definitely not free this time! You know, if they did that in the beginning it would have been wonderful, but to go out of your way to say you'll fix it free of charge, just to turn around and say no.. it was all to simply finalize the sale. I'm not very impressed with the tactics they use. At least the product is good.

Very amazing at the product and very good customer service. The install team did a great job. The water is noticeably different; I actually stopped making tea at work and bringing a thermos from home because of the taste difference. Additionally all of the calcium deposits around our sink, kettle etc are all gone (so I can't imagine the difference it has made in the actual pipes)

Cool place to volunteer and learn about sales and meet friendly people. Not recommended for only job as you'll be in debt fast unless lucky or super charming. Gave it a try 0/15 houses and called it quits, 6 of which was with the top rep of the month and we still struck out. Overall I think it'd be easier to sell if they weren't 5000-8000$.

Worst customer service. Never answer calls. Tried to find the office that place doesn't even exist. Fake address on website. Everything about this company is scam. Regretting giving my business to them. Huge disappointed.

Hi Ryan, I appreciate your quick reply to my review. I do want to note that we have been experiencing these issues since before covid but I can understand the impact that has had. I have not taken dates but there have been several occasions where I called to set aside bags but was told it was "first come first serve" and by the time I get there, they're gone. The last few occasions I had given my name and number to get a call when stock arrives but it never happened. I will be calling in the near future to discuss these issues. Thank you Terrible customer service. Never have the salt in stock and I always leave my number for a call back. Never receive a call back and when I do call to have bags set aside, they tell me they have some and I drive from Spruce Grove and they're out, with another empty promise. They never came to do the maintenance they were supposed to and after mentioning it several times, we've pretty much given up. Super disappointed in their service!

This is probably one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had with a company. These systems are a lot of money and we have had nothing but problems with it. It is NOT working properly! It cost $11,000. The system was hooked up incorrectly and it completely bypassed the filter system for 3 months. Staining new toilet, new shower, and new dishwasher. Then the UV light (for very harmful bacteria In our water according to Ryan) started leaking in our basement after 3 months. Thank god I happened to go down there for an unrelated reason or we’d have an underground swimming pool. I had ti bypass the UV light because Ryan could not come and do it. We were promised it would be corrected but it’s been almost 3 months later now and it has not been fixed. Ryan won’t even get the new UV light ($2400 unit) to us. He told us we would have in a week or two… that was December 22. Now our RO system for drinking water has stopped working because of all the iron and iron bacteria that has clogged the filters. Ryan will not even get me new filters… of course he says he will. But here we are after $11,000 six months after installation and back to buying bottled water. I can assure everyone that is not the deal he made with us. Ryan makes appointments and then can’t follow through. Says he will get back to us and we don’t hear from him for days/weeks and when we do it’s to tell us he will fix and we will be satisfied. We offered to just let everything go if he would pay us the $2400 for the broken UV light and we will go to someone else; He will not respond to this. I truly hope that ANYONE considering this company reads reviews and stays away! Please do not give this company any of your hard earned money!
