m	m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TL;DR When fixing the headliner on my car they broke the clips and the interior light as well as the sunroof spoon crank. This was for a classic car I own...owners of this store probably know who I am and quite frankly, I don't care. The headliner quality was overall "acceptable" of course there's wrinkles and marks that look sloppy. They didn't know how to remove my clips for my visors properly and they destroyed them, it only takes about 20 seconds to remove the clips properly but they completely broke them. You have to be trying REALLY hard to break them. I've taken out my clips multiple times without breaking them, it's simple. I'm also missing screws for the clips, again thank you for that. Honestly you have to really suck at your job and really try to break them to break the clips. Thanks a lot guys, i'll never go with your business again. -Update- they have paid for the new clips, noticing small imperfections in the headliner The one star was for the obvious imperfections and failure to properly install the headliner, second star was for fixing it and buying the clips. IF YOU OWN A CLASSIC CAR CHANCES ARE THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO INSTALL HEADLINERS...DON'T GO WITH THEM. Oh and my interior light doesn't work, and the only way to fix it is to take off the headliner. Thanks a lot guys (sarcasm)

They did a fantastic job of re-uhpolstering our boat seats, and did extras at me extra charge, like patching my torn boat cover, and stiching my seat seam, that had nothing to do with the reason it was there! Great job, and highly recommended!

Every time I call they tell me that if it was done then I would have gotten a call. Heading there this week to see if it’s even still there after so long. So unorganized and I highly do not recommend.

He took his time, showed us different possibilities to choose from (endless examples available) and we picked a fantastic faux leather. When we got his phone call to pick up our ottoman I was really excited how it turned out. I can tell you, it looks awesome. The grade of workmanship and the material he recommended is unbelievable. So nice !!! I can highly recommend the company- perfect team work done. Thank you so much!!!!
B	Brent Block on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “From 5 stars to 3” I have been doing business with Mervin at C & M for many years now and was always happy with the quality workmanship and service but this year the stitching on my boat covers they did came apart. Covers are still in excellent condition just the thread seemed to dissolve. Never sat out exposed in winter so no reason to fail I.M.O.. I talked with the new guy and he refused to consider warranty , quoted 1/3 the price of the original to re-sew and couldn’t get to it until Aug. Actually said it was normal to fail after only a few years. I call BS, took it to two other professionals for another opinion, they confirmed thread used and sewing was not done to the same quality standard as they do, repaired it for me for half of what C & M quoted and jumped right on it. Stitching is now a much tighter pattern and should last the life of the cover they said. While I was there another customer with a cover from C&M came in with the same issue so obviously confirmed I am not alone. C&M you have lost a long time, loyal customer to your competition. Need to work on your quality control and after market service. Also, the front entrance is a disaster so not a good impression when you first walk in.

We leave our pontoon on the hoist in the summer and I found it very difficult to cover it with the huge pontoon cover that it came with. It's much more manageable to cover the seats etc with smaller individual covers. C&M did a fantastic job on the covers - they fit perfectly , they even installed snaps to keep the wind from blowing them off! Very reasonably priced! I would highly recommend C&M Upholstery!
