★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my AC unit installed by Dean and his helper ~3-4 years ago. The day of the first install should have been when I stopped the service, however....Dean installed 3 separate units because he could not get the first 2 units to work and did not know why.
Once the third unit got working about a week after the initial install, they cut the coolant lines and rewired my AC and furnace unit for some reason. Fast forward a week and the unit stops working and they come back out and get it going again. After that I started going to a different company.
Very season I have had an issue with the unit and have to have repairs done. Today I was told there is a leak in the coolant lines, dye was done but further repairs are needed. Both Dean and his helper did not seem to know what they were doing and have cost me several thousand in repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to thank Dean and Alberto for doing an excellent job installing my new furnace. I originally wanted to keep my 20+ year old furnace but there was definitely a problem getting parts or even getting good advice on the old furnace from the manufacturer. The new furnace was installed very fast and with excellent workmanship. The advice that Dean and Alberto gave me on operating the system was priceless. For the first time in over 20 years the temperatures in the house stabilized and I now have even temperature top to bottom. Thank you so much !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In -30 weather our furnace suddenly stopped working and the house was getting cold fast! Dean and Alberto were able to come quickly, get the necessary parts fast and had our furnace working again! The customer service was great and the repair was very reasonable in cost. Would totally recommend.

I’ve recommended him to several friends and they have been very happy with his service. He’s always shows up on time and is very courteous.
