★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our furnace broke down a few weeks ago so we called JDK. They came out and replaced the igniter but warned us the Mother Board was at the end of its life. About 6 weeks later, it broke down again. They came out (free of charge) and checked it out and told us our options. Mike went out to his van and immediately looked up mother boards and furnaces for us. We decided to replace it, they ordered it and they installed it a few days later. They offered us the use of space heaters while we were waiting for the new furnace which I thought was so nice of them! Shane, Mike, Keith, Dan were all great. Mike was thorough at explaining everything to us, kind and professional. Install was quoted at 6-8 hours but they were done in 4 hours, and everything looked clean and sleek when they were done. We will use them again but hopefully it won't be for a very long time!

The technicians were excellent. The installation was perfect. They fixed some existing problems and made sure everything was working perfectly.
Using JDK was the best decision we could have made, and I would reccomend them to anyone that requires repairs or new installations.

JDK offered a better quality product for a better price. They were able to get a Technician in quickly and within a day we we’re back up and running. They explained everything clearly and ensured everything was working correctly before leaving. We would definitely use them again for any heating or cooling issues. Thanks for the great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JDK Heating & Plumbing were professional from the Start, from Joel who gave me a really good quote and took time to explain the difference in AC central air etc. Laura was also pleasant to deal with deposit and booking & Dan and his young helper ensure the AC function flawlessly also not even a spect of garbage was left in the Furnace room. I strongly recommend JDK to Friends and Veteran’s, I will most definitely use their services with Furnace and AC servicing .

Mike was able to diagnose the heat issue right away and even shed light on other non related issues we were experiencing as well. They were both friendly, thorough and efficient. Zero complaints.
