“One highlight so far was the visit from Rusty the Owl and Jim Duncan on January 13th. Jim showed us a video of exploring different owl nests with babies in them which was a huge hit. His humor was amazing too with lots of laughs and ‘ewwwww’s!’ He let the girls hold different specimens of owl feet, heads, and look at what the poop even looks like.”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was @ the store @ 9:40 on Saturday morning, Aug 29. The staff member was JUST pulling up in her car. She unlocked the door & then locked it again behind her. If your hours start @ 9:30 then be open @ 9:30 unless good customer service is not high on your list of priorities. You certainly lost a couple of customers

I was in last night shopping for Christmas and one of the store clerks, Meredith was an excellent help. She knew her products as well and answered all my questions. Really couldn't ask for better staff at this store!!!!! Great job everyone!!!
