Right from the beginning, they were very easy to communicate with and understood exactly what we were looking for. Throughout our wedding planning, they provided advice and guidance that was welcomed and improved our day significantly without being pushy or invasive. In a pretty competitive market, we knew quickly that Leo and Kahli were the right choice! On the day of our wedding they made us feel comfortable and went above and beyond to keep us warm on a pretty cold November day. It always feels a bit awkward when you're posing and being photographed, but we got over it very fast because they communicated well and truly did end up slipping into the background. We ended up with amazing curated and candid shots that we can't stop looking at! I 100% recommend Wild Alpine. You won't regret it!

Kahli and Leo were a pleasure to work prior to our wedding day and then it was like having two friends (professional and creative friends), along for the ride on our wedding day. They were very professional in laying out the itinerary and gave us stellar instructions on how to get the photos we were looking for. We received our edited photos in a timely manner as well. They graciously trekked the 11 km in and out of Lake O'Hara to do our engagement shoot this summer. The photos are absolutely gorgeous and we are still amazed that this is something they could make happen. Kahli and Leo are great listeners and respected every detail we felt was important to capture our special day on top of Sulphur mountain. They are incredibly professional, and always followed up with flawless communication for both the planning of photos and the sneak peeks/galleries that followed. They had great suggestions of where to get photos done, and guided us on how to get the best shots. We could not be more in love with our photos and can't wait to get some up in our home as artwork. Getting married during Covid posed some challenges, but working with Kahli and Leo made the photography aspect easy and stress-free. We would highly recommend this duo for any wedding - in fact we have already recommended them to many! 5 stars doesn't seem to be enough :)

We could not be happier to have found Kahli and Leo as our photographers for our wedding day! The planning process with them was very smooth and well organized. They are super responsive and set up multiple calls to help us organize our day to ensure they captured our vision. They went above and beyond to make suggestions on location, amazing vendors and a timeline. They took into consideration all of our photo ideas which we greatly appreciated. They are both incredibly talented and genuinely nice people. They made us completely comfortable and at ease to enjoy our special day. Their professionalism and kindness is second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. We visited three locations on our wedding day and even took a 30 minute hike in the snow! It was the most amazing day of our lives and we credit a huge part of that to them! We were blown away by all of our wedding photos! I originally made a post on Facebook about wedding photographers, and Kahli was mentioned roughly 20 times as "The Best" person for the job. I couldn't of agreed more!! They scheduled a wonderful virtual meet and greet with us and got a feel for what we wanted on our wedding day. As someone who had little experience with weddings, they both guided us through some of the classic photos and helped us add our own uniqueness to them as well! On the day, Kahli and Leo were so professional and were a well oiled machine when organizing people and family for the shots. They sent us a very easy to use link where we could view our photos, even download them as a full zip file plus a place where we could order digital prints. They know how to capture that mountain magic! Both in a wedding ceremony and by foot for engagement photos. They have true creative skill, solid communication, are well known in the mountain community for being outstanding in their craft. Look no further than these two.
