He was super fast in responding, and he went above and beyond to figure out the problem (it was not straightforward) and identify the best solution. Nick also clearly and patiently explained to me how he diagnosed and fixed the problem -- so in addition to getting my furnace repaired, I also learned about how to do a good job caring for it.
Moraine Mechanical is kind, conscientious, smart and professional. Very highly recommended.

The quality of his work was exceptional and thorough, and Nick was very knowledgeable and able to answer our questions about future more energy efficient upgrade options.
