★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The group at Accelerate have been great to deal and work with in both of my experiences with them. They came in on a long weekend to get hot water back in the house and were able to provide a quick fix and solution when our central fan gave way. They weren’t set on upselling past what we needed which was very appreciated.
And they were prompt! Which is hard to find in this day and age.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed a water heater replacement and we had great service. Our old heater was still working but water was discoloured and over 11 years old so knew it was time to change. Morgan had installed a bbq gas hookup for us a couple of years prior and did a great job at a reasonable price so we didn’t hesitate to choose Accelerate Plumbing to do our water heater install. Within two days the installers arrived on time and did a great job installing our new water heater. They removed the old water heater and cleaned up the mess. They were polite and very efficient and professional. We’re very happy with the installation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good guys. Nathan and Morgan performed my basement suite install of plumbing lines and fixtures as well as a gas furnace for my garage. I was a difficult customer and threw a bunch of curveballs at them with one of my other workers thinking he knew better than them, which he didn’t. But Morgan and Nathan kept calm and professional and gave me a project that I was very happy with.
A year later we had a small leak under the sink. They responded immediately to the issue and came and replaced the needed seals the same week.
Highly recommend.

We needed a garage heater, so I called Morgan and he quoted me some different options for well under the other quotes I received. I decided to go with 45,000 BTU Reznor unit. Nathan and his partner came yesterday for the install, and we couldn’t be happier! Fantastic workmanship and attention to detail all the way here. Honest and trustworthy. The unit looks fabulous. A job very well done! We’re going to have them replace our water heater as well. In an age where prices are high and quality of work is lower than it used to be, these guys really go above and beyond. Thanks Fellas!
