★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to replace my furnace with a new one (high efficiency) as it was very old and problematic. Excelsior gave me a better pricing/quote compared to other places. Not only that, they did not ask for diagnose charge/fee like their competitors. They came on the same day as when I called them for a quotation and I did not have to wait a long time for my new furnace to be installed. I am happy with their service and they are very professional. They actually took time with me explaining what work they did, etc. after installation.
I would recommend using them. I would hire them again without question if I need some work done on my furnace. I am now also planning on subscribing their monthly maintenance service/program.

Once contacted Des was prompt in stopping by and providing an estimate well below the other that I had received. Des and a helper arrived promptly on the scheduled day, and worked steadily to complete a fairly complicated installation. Extra work to deal with a couple of unforeseen issues was done with no extra charge. Des took time to explain the workings of the new furnace. The space was cleaned well, and all trash taken away. I am very pleased with the whole job.
