★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called Wiener's plumbing at 7am this morning to get an emergency sink drain fixed at my strata unit after an overnight overflow. They said their contact staff would call me at around 8:30. Sure enough the office called and took all my information and scheduled an appointment this afternoon.
True to form, the gentleman called at the agreed time and came in to look at the situation, and then went back to his truck to get his gear. He explained what he was going to do, took time to make sure that he did not make a mess and answered all my questions, fixed the problem, cleaned up and gave me advice about how to mitigate the problem in the future.
Great professional and timely service from everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were amazing right from my panic call early morning till they were able to get us repaired and they followed up the next day. We had frozen pipes during that really cold right after Xmas (27th)
He explained to us exactly what he was doing and what we could do to prevent it next time
Very professional on the phone and in person
I highly recommend this company
Also very reasonable price for our emergency call
