★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family goes to Dr. Kurtz. Wait times are perfectly fine. Dr. Kurtz does not rush patients. He takes the time to listen. We are very happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure what the rest of the office is like but I've been going to Dr Kurtz for over ten years and he is fantastic. I've never waited more then 20 mins and even waiting that long is rare. There are other doctors in the office and I can't speak to that but I've never had a complaint about Dr Kurtz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr bill is my doctor and he's great. The only time I have to wait is if I miss my appointment time, but as long as I'm on time there's practically no wait at all. Staff are efficient and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have nothing good to say about this clinic. The staff is very very rude and so is one doctor there who has refused treatment on my son because he hasn't been there in a few years. They made an appointment for him and then they cancelled it. The doctor there told my son to go to a walk in clinic after they made an appointment for him. They refused treatment on my son. Absolutely terrible medical practise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of my family see's Dr Kurtz. I've been seeing Dr Kurtz for 20 years. Longest I've had to wait is about 20-25 minutes and that's only if I miss or am late for my appointment waiting that long is very rare. Always takes the time to listen and is very thorough love him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 hour wait, kids are getting restless, rude receptionist shushes my kids and tells them to use their indoor voices.. my response.. our appt time was 1.5 hours ago, I now cannot control their restlessness, nor am I going to try to, this wait is ridiculous! She sat back down.. great the doc has compassion, but dammit.. draw the line,.. there are other people waiting.. awful staff.. Poorly managed.. and to other patients.. be more respectful of the other patients waiting u jerks! I will be actively looking for a new doc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Boorman hung up on my father's pharmacist because she was to busy! So no prescription for my elderly father. Does not seem very interested in her job anymore which is unfortunate because she used to be great.
Wait times at this clinic are the worst, receptionists are often rude. The most mismanaged clinic I have ever been to. Finding new doctor
