Although it is always nice to have perfect reviews, honesty is the best policy. I believe from my own experience Shelley is helpful in over coming an anxiety disorder by teaching techniques and how to follow through for successful results, but beware of conversation therapy, i found professional boundaries were crossed regularly and there was a lot of projecting personal trauma on me, after speaking to other very experienced psychotherapists, I was told this was completely inappropriate. Hoping to help others avoid having to go through this in the future.

Shelley has really helped me resolve some Psychological issues which I always thought I would never need professional help with. She made me realize how important it is to have professional help to resolve deep rooted issues from childhood and just to have a non biased opinion about life decisions and situations. I feel I am Developing into a much better person because of her service and I can’t imagine life without it! Extremely professional, super easy to get along with and an absolutely amazing person! Give her a try you won’t regret it!

My experience seeing Shelley for Psychotherapy has been incredible. I've had weekly appointments with Shelley for around two months, and the amount of healing that has been taking place in my life is amazing. Shelley is extremely warm, compassionate, personable, and patient. I feel totally at ease and comfortable opening up to her, even from the very first appointment. Before seeing Shelley my emotions consumed me and I was having severe eczema flare ups. Two months later and my eczema has finally cleared up, I finally have more control over my emotions, and I know how to set healthy boundaries! I cannot recommend Shelley's services enough.

I cannot recommend Shelley enough! Before meeting Shelley I was kind of all over the place. I was so stressed, depleted, confused, fatigued and feeling a lot of low self worth. Shelley is an angel. She listens with such care, empathy and non-judgment. She is very knowledgeable with high academic achievements and is also a natural intuitive healer. She intuitively knows exactly what tool and modality she needs to use to help me fully transform from whatever is holding me back. From my experience this balance of intellect, academic studies, and innate intuitive abilities makes someone the best psychological healer. Shelley is amazing! I have been seening her for a few months and my life has definitely gotten better. Therapy is hard work and is a process, you need to do the work at home as well which is why it's so important to get someone sho can guide you and give you the proper tools to work on yourself. Shelley knows exactly how to navigate the issues you bring up, gently and with no judgement, and she is truly caring and compassionate. If one of your goals for the new year is self care you have to go see her!

Shelley is a true godsend. I can't even begin to explain how compassionate and professional Shelley is.
