★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my sunglasses here to get the lenses replaced with a custom lenses that takes a couple of weeks to process, the lab they sent it to misplaced my pair and I was immediately informed on the situation(which is extremely rare). The clinic made fast work to try and rectify the situation by bringing in an identical replacement pair of sunglasses with my custom prescription so that I wouldn't have to be without a pair for another extended period of time. Although they are still trying to locate my original frame they have treated me as a valued customer and showed that they really did care about the situation. They went over the top and have phenomenal customer service and I look forward to dealing with them again in the future. I highly recommend coming here.
