★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My brand new glasses, with scratch protection coating, were scratched when I put them on for the first time! If they can be scratched by the transit process, or the tech adjusting them, then what did I pay for? Are the additional coatings I paid for even on them???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend. The people on the phone are not friendly and even though the mask mandate is gone they still require masks here. They also do not honor exemptions to the mask rule written by a doctor.
