β β β β β There is a severe staff shortage here so please donβt rush. Having said that Our server was quick, and pleasant & clearly working very hard (only 2 staff for the lunch crowd) He did an excellent job & our meal was overall really pretty good.

β β β β β Whitespot has really dropped off over the years. The quality of the food is quite terrible compared to previously. Bacon is overcooked, beef is overcooked, FRIES are overcooked. Does not taste fresh, they try to make up for lack of quality with quantity. Overpriced items, and overall service was quite terrible. Fatburgerβs better now ?.

β β β β β When we had dinner, there were not too many guests, but it took a long time for them to serve our order, about 25-30minutes only for 3 main dishes.
The server wasn't friendly and seemed a bit impatience while taking order. Food were not bad, price was OK too.

β β β β β I wanted to give this place a better rating, but unfortunately they fell short on service and quality of the food. I was looking forward to eating a good Eggs Benny. What I got was barely any hollandaise sauce and ovrr done eggs. I am so confused to why restaurant's charge so much for Egg Benedict and provide a small amount of the sauce. I don't want to smell it, I want to taste it. I mean, really, it's just egg yolk, butter and lemon.

β β β β β I placed a larger take out order with the restaurant a few weeks in advance, and during that time I have to make a number of changes. The management staff were always willing and helpful about the changes. When we picked up the orders everything was individually bagged with each person's initials. Everyone's order was correct and everyone was happy with their order. I want to say thank you to the staff and management for the friendly, excellent service. We will order from this restaurant again.

β β β β β Slow service; not everything was temperature hot; and not everything was seasoned well. It was my first time to this location and was hoping it would be an exception to the slowness of Oakridge and Richmond Centre Whitespots, but not so. This place is worse because of the added disappointment of the food itself. Too bad. Hoping it was just an off-day for them.
