There aren't enough wonderful things that I can say about our experience in dealing with our realtor Josh Kepkay, while purchasing our condo in Kitsilano last month. We first met Josh 2 years ago, when a family member purchased their first home. He was incredibly pro-active, knowledgeable, attentive and professional, making their experience a very positive one.
