This was a sign of dedication and loyalty to her client. Top that with her market knowledge and properly educating her buyer, she had traits of a Realtor with high standards and moral grounds. We ended up cooperating on a transaction after her 2nd visit with her client. I could tell that her client was well informed and resulted in a highly pondered decision.
