D	Dajedan Dajedan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to White Oaks swimming pool with my 3 children for the first time 3 days ago. The swimming pool is larger than at Glen Abbey, and less crowded. Everything "looks" clean, and many interesting things for the leisure swim (Tarzan rope, jumping board, small slide, and basketball net). My negative experience comes from the several issues. When paying the entrance tickets I was charged more than at Queen Elizabeth Pool where I go regularly with my kids. I complained, and pointed I should be charged the group rate which is cheaper in my case. I was told that to get the group rate you need to have 2 adults. I am not confrontational person, and I let it go as it was only 1.50 dollars difference. However, it did bother me enough to check for the actual rules later on. For the group rate you need only 1 adult, and this is the rate I should have been paying. The employee who sold the ticket is a very young person, but I still think that he should have checked the swimming pool rules when I complained. Also during the swim time the staff had the accident on site when one of the swimmers got very bloody nose. They handled it well, but not a very pleasant thing to witness for us. Finally, exactly 1 day after visiting the swimming pool, my 4 year got an eye infection with the pus discharge. I just do not think this is an coincidence, and I would not go to this pool again.
C	Chad Duggan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible. No sauna, no steam room, no hot tub and the pool isn't even heated. Probably the worst facility in the city. Some would even say it's ghetto.

The changing rooms were freezing, the showers burn you and you can't control the temperature. Only one family changing room outside in the hall and one handicapped changing room stall. The other changing rooms only have curtains and not a secure door. The pool is big and the deep end perfect for diving and jumping off the diving board.
