Dr. Pamela Taylor and her wonderful assistant Jala are truly honest, caring and mostly knowledgeable and professional, they make you feel comfortable and at ease. The quality of their products are excellent all from Europe and cannot be compared to anything on today’s market. You get what you pay for as they say, and with their knowledge, good communication I feel confident and always leave satisfied and happy. Dr. Pamela Taylor and Jala never overbook, so you always feel special and get one on one and can ask as many questions you want without feeling rushed to move on to the next appointment. Another bonus to this clinic it’s always clean and organized. You should give it a try, believe me it’s never a disappointment. Thank you Pamela and Jala loving all that you do, and I will see you soon❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going here for a while and every time I go, the staff (Jala, Dr. Taylor and other office staff) are kind, professional and very knowledgeable on all of the services they offer. They always make me feel comfortable, answer all my questions and provide amazing service. The office is extremely clean, modern and I always recommend this place to friends and family. One of the best parts of your visit will be Jala's hospitality as you get ready to see Dr. Taylor, who is lovely and a very experienced dermatologist. You won't regret visiting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Taylor and Jala are simply amazing. They both do great work. Jala did my Fraxel treatment and I love the results. The pigmentation is really targeted with this treatment. Dr. Taylor did my under-eye filler. The difference is incredible. I had very dark and deep hollows - no longer. Highly recommend this place.

Dr. Taylor did my injections herself after using topical anesthetic to ensure I was not in any pain. I had no issues with the injections and remained very comfortable throughout the procedures and had no issues afterwards. She was very efficient and, obviously, knew exactly what she was doing. She took the time to explain the procedures to me and the expected outcome. No bleeding or bruising AT ALL!! I wanted subtle but 'fresher' and that is exactly what I got. I had numerous compliments IMMEDIATELY afterwards.
From the beautiful spa to the personalized care and attention, I cannot say enough about it. I knew I was in good hands the moment I walked in and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I love Dr. Taylor and Whitby Medspa!!
