Horrible company - very late to pick us up after promising multiple times the wait would be 20 min max. If you need to get somewhere on time, call them over an hour in advance. We had to make the 6:00am bus to Vancouver to catch a plane. We called in the evening to book a cab, they asked us to call in the morning because the wait would only be 20 min max. We called at 5:10am, they told us 20 mins. At 5:40, the cab still had not arrived. At 5:57, they finally arrived after we called two more times to check and were promised the cab was one block away, twice. Because of this company’s lateness and the lie about timing, we missed our bus and wasted $100. Then they told us they could get us to the airport for $400. Do not recommend.

A terrible experience. The driver had a flat on the way from Whistler to Vancouver one hour before our flight arrived, which is obviously out of his control. The operatives attempted to contact us at that exact moment...except we were still on the flight for another hour. Did they call us upon landing? Nope, not at all. Instead they ruthlessly decided to straight up cancel our service because we didn't respond right away, leaving us stranded at the airport to figure things out rather than dispatch someone immediately and apologize. Also, it was a holiday. Did they give a ***** after? Oh no, if they had a pocket full of ***** they certainly could care less. As a "courtesy" they didn't charge us. No **** Sherlocks. I promptly canceled the return trip with them, because by no means will people this dumb be involved in driving me back.

The whole experience from start to finish was abysmal. We were told it would be a 40 minute wait for a taxi. 50 minutes later we were told they were 10 minutes away, 1 hr later we were told they were 10/15 minutes away... 1 hr and 15 minutes later we were told they were here and I should be able to see them, then actually he should be there in 1 minute.... We waited over an hour and a half. Once the taxi arrived the journey was fine. However we arrived at the hotel and it was chaos outside, I ran in to try and sort the bags and check-in to help everything along, and left the money and a tip in the cab. The cab driver then gets funny and has the cheek to complain to my fiancΓ© and make her uncomfortable, saying it was rude and I should give the money in person. First off, I was 25 yards away, he even came in the lobby where I was, he can come to me if he has a problem with it. Secondly, it is laughable to complain about rudeness when we're left waiting more than an hour and a half for a taxi we were told would take 40 minutes, and then continually lied to about how close they were. Abysmal service from start to finish and would do everything I can to avoid using them again. We have heard since from multiple people in the village that they are known for giving false wait times, just tell you what you want to hear and then make you wait is the overall impression I get. I understand everyone is struggling with COVID, it is effecting staffing and everyone is under pressure, but this was just rubbish. We have used WHISTLE app multiple times since with great success.

I’ve lived here for more than a year and never written a review but tonight a driver (stephen) went out of his way for a considerable amount of time to retrieve my mother’s purse. Stolen by the next group of riders after she forgot it in the back seat. Regret not writing this earlier but this seems like a great time to advocate the excellent service. Five stars.

I read some previous reviews and how people are complaining about the wait time but I guess we should understand as we do for the restaurants about short staff that should be same for taxi's too this company been serving our town for very long time and super proud of them, can tell from there tone how much they care and they are super concerned about it too, and especially from past few weeks the road conditions and traffic in town been just insane. Keep the good work up guys supporting local business all the way.

My friends and I all had a really awful experience with this taxi company. We booked our taxi 45 minutes in advanced and the first time we got hung up on. So we called back to make sure it was booked and they told us it was. When it was time for us to leave our taxi did not show up and so we called again asking for our taxi and they told us that it hadn't been booked and so we booked another one. Our group was big and so we needed two taxis. Only one showed up and the other one had been flagged down and did not come. Half of our friend group had arrived to our destination and the other half were still waiting to be picked up by the taxi. I called the company again urgently asking for a taxi because we needed to catch a bus and they said they would send one right away. As you can probably guess it did not show up and we ended up asking a local for a ride. Its safe to say that the next time we are in Whistler we will not be using this company. It ended our trip in a really stressful way and its clear that this taxi company lacks communication and organizational skills.

Booked a cab for 10.30 over the phone, they confirmed that the cab would be here 10.30. At 10.35 no cab has shown up, so we call them and they say that the cab will be there in 10-15 minutes. At 11.25 the cab has still not showed up and they aren't answering the phone anymore. Worst taxi company every, will never use them again. It's fine that you are overbooked and doesn't have enough drivers, but don't make promises you can't keep. Simply say that you are out or taxis for the coming +1 hours.

Taxi did not show up at booked time. No call or message. Called dispatch 3 times and hung up on. 4th time reached someone and told would send a cab but they were very booked up! No apology. Don't book with them. Also the dispatcher was unhelpful. The do not "accept re booking online" despite the website clearly taking bookings quite happily.
