She is hygienic, a stickler for health/sanitization protocols, and professional to the end. She was attentive and constantly ensuring my comfort and seeking feedback during the process, and in the end, she is an artist. I LOVE my eyebrows, a statement I did not think I'd ever put to print.

It is hard to allow anyone to touch my face as I am very particular. It is also not easy for someone like me who is scared of needless and worse, to have the needles be used on my face!
Michelle explained me all the steps during the consultation. She made me feel safe and answered all the questions I asked. A few weeks later, I booked my first visit for ombrè shading! The procedure was a breeze! No pain , no irritation, and I felt barely any pain. I feel so confident with my eyebrows. Thanks again Michelle for this wonderful services you offer and I will definitely recommend her ? %*****!
