He showed me 3 simple exercises to do and answered all my questions. I feel confident that following his directions I will be able to resume my normal activities very soon.

My physiotherapist is Kristen Riley and she is the best. She actually listens to me, gives me exercises to do (that work!) and more. She takes her time, helps one problem area at a time, and is just basically an awesome human being. Not once have I ever felt rushed at Westside Physiotherapy and Acupuncture. The fine folks at the front desk are friendly, professional and very patient. If you have somewhere that hurts, book an appointment here! I'm not 100% yet but I'm a lot better than when I first started coming in!

I love the blend of manual therapy along with acupuncture and other modalities they have available at the clinic. Another bonus is the positive atmosphere, it gives me confidence I picked the right support system to work towards being pain free!

Any time my joints go out I'm coming straight back. Also they direct bill which is super great!

After injuring my knee and ankle skiing, Nicole HS did an excellent assessment and provided me with treatment plan to get me back on my feet! She helped me set goals with my exercises and developed a treatment plan that worked for me and had me back on skis in a few months! Over the years I’ve had a couple knee injuries and worked with other physio clinics, but Westside is by far the best - they are thorough, knowledgable and professional!

Always on time, thorough, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, generous… I can’t say enough! Everyone here are so nice, patient, caring and on the ball. I recommend that everyone on the Westside needing physio come here!!
