Within one visit Courtney was able to help alleviate these issues. She was knowledgeable, professional and patient with my many questions. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for help with an injury or just regular body maintenance.

I had been doing intense rehab and physio for my knee after an ACL reconstruction surgery and meniscus root repair, but I wasn't progressing as I should. I went to my assessment with Courtney, she looked at the whole picture and how different areas of my body were working (or not working) with one another. She was able to pin point my problems quickly and accurately. She found a big part of my issue and lack of progression was actually stemming from my hip, an issue I think I have had for years without knowing it. She treated my hip (very gently I should add) and after I was able to stand evenly on both legs for the first time since my surgery! I was also able to straighten my leg better on my own, and she didn't even have to touch my knee. Since then my walking gait has dramatically improved, and the clunking that I had been experiencing while I was doing my pool exercises is now barely noticeable! She gave me some great exercises to strengthen the areas where I am weak and helped me to finally be at the point where I am able to progress. I would recommend Courtney to anyone that is struggling with an injury, soreness, or body/movement related problem!
