After many years of trying various therapies with limited success, Lisa took the time to carefully assess my body and the structural issues that have attributed to chronic pain for many years. She has addressed each issue with care and truly listened to what problems were occurring as we navigated both my pain and vast improvements together. I am happy to report that I am returning to a lifestyle that I thought I’d never experience again and am stronger and more mobile than ever before. By the way, her expertise, professionalism, compassion, and wonderful sense of humour is the big bow on top of feeling better!! Thanks Lisa for all your magic!! ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The moment you walk through the door, you're greeted with courtesy and smiles and treated like dear friends. I have been seeing Nick since 2019 after a car accident left me with a crushed disc in my lower back. His techniques and experience literally kept me mobile until I was able to have surgery 2 yrs later. Their post surgery rehab and kinesiology program is top notch, and after 4 months I am almost back to 100%. The whole team at Penticton Physiotherapy are amazing and I can't thank them enough. After 6 yrs I finally have my life back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chris and the staff at Penticton Physiotherapy & IMS Clinic are awesome. On my first visit, Chris spent a lot time just listening to me and asking me a lot of questions to figure out what needed to be done to get me back to the activities I want to do. The app with daily reminders and videos of the exercises to do at home is super helpful. The other staff I met were very friendly and welcoming. And they direct bill to my healthcare provider. I highly recommend Penticton Physiotherapy & IMS Clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IMS with Chris has been a game changer. After 2 pregnancies, getting back to pain free exercise has been challenge. Chris’ experience and expertise has got me on track to make the gains I want.
Massage with both Konrad and Kayla are the perfect complement to IMS, and a great way to unwind from the stress of the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a result of a near fatal motor vehicle accident my husband and I have been clients at Penticton Physio for the past three years. During this time of uncertainty in the world I feel compelled to share my experience with all who are involved in the day to day running of this Clinic.
Upon my arrival for my appointment I am always welcomed and treated with respect and kindness. Over the last two years we have all had to adhere to some strict protocols that have disrupted all of our lives on a daily basis. I recognize that this is not only difficult for clients but also compromises the health care workers who are always there for us. I would , of course, prefer not to have to wear a mask at every treatment or be asked Covid related questions. But, having said that, at no time have I ever felt imposed upon by any one at this Clinic. They have all been very concerned about their clients welfare and are doing all that they can to make sure that we all maintain our health and safety. I am physically compromised and just want you all to know that I appreciate all that you are doing and continue to do to ensure that I am protected. I truly hope that in the coming year the world as we know will be able to return to something more familiar to all of us. In the meantime, know that you are appreciated and I thank you always for your support.

She puts so much energy into all of her clients and she truly wants to see you thrive. She is incredibly knowledgeable and likes to educate her clients rather than just tell them what is wrong. I would recommend Lauren and the Penticton Physiotherapy & IMS clinic time and time again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every single person at Penticton Physiotherapy is amazing from the moment I stepped in these doors after a car accident they took amazing care of me, though the recovery was long I was able to get back to full mobility thanks to the patience, hard work and knowledge of all staff. I highly recommend seeing Nick for physio or IMS this guy is beyond talented. If you are lucky enough to have Chris take full advantage, he is very knowledgeable and much more. For massage, I highly recommend Conrad, very good at what he does and has a big passion for massage therapy.
