H	Harald Ramsthaler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my elderly parents there on the weekend to purchase a few things. They had great deals all over the store. We were approached by a young salesman. I truly hate high pressure sales and this by no means was like that. Conor M,, was his name and he made our experience just perfect. No pressure at all , but was there for us with any and all answers we needed. We ended up buying a nice couch ,,, an electric lazyboy type chair, and he gave us a great deal on a beautiful Tiffany lamp. We took the extended warranty due to again the great deal, and he threw in a bonus care kit as well. We even donated $10 to childens hospital... I highly recommend the Brick in Penticton ! You won't be disappointed.. Ask for Conor. He will make your experience an easy and enjoyable one.. Thanks Conor!! I mean that.. Harald Ramsthaler... Penticton BC..

Lots of value for your money! I wont shop anywhere else. They sell with that much confidence and integrety of their merchandise and special orders. They are paitent not pushy or choosy if theres more than one customer. And it doesmt matter if you spend 5 bucks, or 15000 bucks you get the exact same quality and integrety of customer services with NO frills gills or hidden agendas! Thank you.

The sales rep said we would not be able to get one today (everything in our old one is unthawing so need one TODAY) the rep also said there is no way we would find one anywhere and could be up to 2 months to order one…to bad he doesn’t know anything. Funny thing everywhere else we went had freezers in stock and low and behold two hours later the new one is home and freezing. Will mot be returning to this brick

We moved into a new house with no appliances it so expressed it was important to have them. They have delivered the fridge and one broken microwave to us. They are now telling us the stove won’t be here till May and keep pushing our dishwasher back by 2 weeks. They also just pushed the fridge in without making sure it was level. Can’t get us a new microwave till next week. What a horrible experience this has been with the brick. Do not recommend dealing with them.
