★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had both our dogs at the clinic for checks. Dr. Tannis was excellent in both cases and very thorough in her exams. She handled our new dog, which had come from a stressful situation and was very timid, excellently. Front office staff were very friendly and professional, giving a great first impression of the facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was able to get us in as a new patient very quickly which was so appreciated. We had a vet but our dog was so scared to go, vibrating and had to be carried inside...he is 95 pounds do not an easy task, and they are still not allowing people in clinic with their pets. After seeing how scary it was for him the last visit I knew it was time to switch. Westlock was AMAZING! The vet (Sarah I think) took extra time to spend with Buddy to ensure that he was relaxed and felt comfortable with her before she tried to examine him, he was happy and not scared at all. She took the time to speak with her colleagues after examining him and took the time to explain everything to me and sedate him to give him the best care possible, even though it was the end of the day and I am sure everyone wanted to get home. I did not feel rushed once. Such a positive experience :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE BEST! highly recommend. We drive 3 hours round trip for Westlock vet, they are the best around. Dr. Sarah Norwicki was so caring and even followed up via email. The staff care so much! Will only ever go to Westlock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to update this review to say how amazing this clinic is. They took the time to see my dog on a Sunday and fit him in the next day when his symptoms had not improved. They have been nothing but kind and compassionate through the entire thing. We are so grateful for the staff here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the best care, I was so pleased by the attention my girl Shea got, and all the questions I had asked the the vet (patty) were answered and confirmed throughout the exam. Not to mention it did kill my bank, very responsible prices. After all it about being able to afford to have your pet taken good care of. I highly recommend this veterinary center for all your pets needs, they also carry all types of assorted pet supplies and foods.
Thank you Westlock veterinary center, I will be back.
