โ โ โ โ โ The young receptionist was sooo rude. Suspicious of me and treated me with such hostility. Had it not been for the mature woman in the back, who had to defuse the situation, I probably would not have gotten insurance today. She deserved 5 stars, a true professional. But this young woman, I hope to never see her again. Do better ICBC!

โ โ โ โ โ Pleasantly surprised. Big office with a number of employees. They have rear parking easily accessible.
Paula was awesome and plenty helpful. She was able to get my insurance/papers fast and efficiently. She was very helpful in listening and getting me on my way. Amazed how easy she made it feel and provide me with excellent service.

She can speak Mandarin when I asked her if possible explain the information for better understanding in Chinese. Westland in this location is providing real good service!
