The ladies treated me very nicely and with a smile as they greeted me, but the plain was to small I rather fly with your jets much more comfortable the other smaller plains are very uncomfortable sorry to say felt very restricted couldn't move my hands not even to rest and enjoy the flight but other than that great.

I've been on hold for over two hours I've called four times twice it hung up on me we have family trying to call as well I asked for a call back but two days from now ill get that call and my flight leaves in two hours this has been very stressful I can not take my dream vacation and my family has already boarded the Plain all the employees you have and no person can pick up its all computer im so very saddened at this moment ? I'm being left behind my family is gone on my dream vacation thanks westjet amazing service

Google removed the reviews for WestJet's passenger division. Thought I'd leave this on their cargo page instead. I couldn't be more disappointed in the service level. Multiple flight revisions to date and times that have changed flight times by days, not hours. No rationalization as to why until we spent over an hour on the phone with a representative. We're told that refunds are 6-10 weeks to process (how is that even possible?), the call center hung up on us 4 times as we tried to resolve. I can't imagine this being acceptable in another industry, the level of arrogance WestJet show's their customers is astounding - in that they expect to just change the product they are selling and then expect their customers to accommodate them. This would be more palatable if they provided a recourse for reimbursement, but up to 10 weeks for a refund?
