T	Tyler Westman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. The driver lied and said they attempted delivery but I have been home all day with a doorbell camera set up. No one came, nor was a notice left. Ok fine, I called to arrange a pick up. 4 hours After being told by a lady on the phone that it was absolutely impossible for me to pick it up myself the same day, I received a message to go pick up my package at the depot 40 mins away. Because I need the package today, I immediately got in my car. When I get there, the lady at the desk told me my package has already gone out for redelivery, and that the text messages they send out mean nothing. It's all automated. I can not beleive how little accountability the staff take for the company service. Everyone I dealt with today should lose their jobs.
H	Heath Brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in to deliver two packages to Calgary, watched the person weighing my package lean on it and looked at the scale and watched it read an increased weight. I argued with them regarding the extra weight and they tried to explain to me it’s charged by the measurement of the boxes not the weight, the other person there said it was in fact charged by weight. After some discussion I came to the conclusion is was the volume the box could hold. The reason for the five stars was the level of professionalism they displayed on a Monday in dealing with an upset customer who was trying to understand and what they were telling me. It still wasn’t clear and I had to figure it out myself but they remained calm and tried to help. Suggestion, lose the old weigh scale behind them so people don’t get confused because it will never match up with your actual system of volume of a package. You’ll save those poor people some grief. I’d also have a handout or a sign explaining the system. Eliminate the issue moving forward and make your employees lives easier.
B	Blood Moon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazon order delayed! No explanation on Amazon site, delivery date pushed…ok, that’s fine. 3 days later no update, same Amazon tracking info “delayed”. Finally decide to check the Purolator site to determine “delayed”. Overweight is causing delay (64 lbs)? Anything over 50 lbs is considered overweight and must be delivered with 2 people or with specialized equipment. ? I have ordered many items over 50 lbs and this is the first time I’ve encountered delays. The least Purolator could do is post this in the tracking info, “possible 4 day delivery delay due to overweight”. Would have saved me a couple of hours of being on hold with support for an explanation. Update 2 young gentlemen from Purolator showed up, the same day to deliver the overweight package, which I then took from them,(oh be careful, it’s heavy!) brought it in the house and up a flight of a stairs by myself. Still leaving two star review, because if I hadn’t called to figure the delay out, I’m sure the delay would’ve been longer.

It's been sitting in the barrie sort facility for over a week I thought purolator was suppost to be fast shipping. Sent messages and all i get is that my parcel is at sort facility terrible customer service as well.
G	Gavriius on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t usually write reviews but this is the second time I’ve had a delivery done by purolator and it’s been a bad experience consistently. Everytime I have a package delivered it takes like 2-3 weeks to get it. Then when it finally shows up it shows up on the wrong date was supposed to receive my package Monday and I’m now getting it on a Wednesday. After it shows up late they leave me a notice that I can go grab my package tomorrow. Why can’t I go the same day even after it’s late? Honestly dreading everytime I get a package and it says purolator is delivering. Amazon uses third party delivery companies and I always get my guaranteed 48 hr delivery.
M	Mikial Hendry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 4 rims, missed the driver on Thursday, went in Friday to pick up and 3 were back on the truck and one in the warehouse, asked service Rep to hold all 4 for me to pick up, came in Monday and there were 3 rims in the warehouse and one on the truck. Service Rep didn't empathize or offer any solutions except for me to stay home on a workday to receive my order. Apparently all managers leave at 4 and there is no way to contact the drivers or know their whereabouts. Immediately treated like a Karen right from walking in the door Monday and they played the victim card hard. There are so many layers of incompetence at this location, the driver doesn't know how to use a scanner, the first cashier on Friday can't use the computer and the second cashier just lacked any problem solving skills or any attempt on her part to do anything other than the bare minimum.
T	Tara J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I literally DREAD every time I find out a package is being delivered by Purolator. It's like they see my address and their brains stop working. I live above a business downtown and they don't even bother. Rarely do I even get an attempted delivery notice. I've never had a package delivered to my by them without some sort of issue. This week, a package went out for delivery then there was an issue with my address. We called and "fixed" it. The next day, it went out for delivery and never stopped being out for delivery. Asked them to hold it. It still says it's out for delivery???

Today, I was at the home all day and I tried to track my package which was supposed to come yesterday, it showed that receiver inaccessible. Even though address ND all is perfect still I don't know why they provide such a poor service.
