Malheuresement, quand nous avons reçu notre vanité, il y avait des défaut et la couleur du comptoir n'était pas du tout comme les photos. En plus que le drain du lavabo n'est pas étanche. Nous avons contacté le service à la clientèle mais ils disaient qu'ils ne pouvaient pas échangé et ils inventaient des raisons pour ne pas l'échanger. Personne n'est venu sur place pour constaté l'état des meubles. On dit que on juge la qualité d'une compagnie par son service à la clientèle après vente. Pour cette compagnie, vous n'aurez jamais d'aide et de satisfaction. Je ne recommande pas du tout cette compagnie. Allez au rona, vous aurez un bien meilleur prix et un meilleur service après vente en cas de défaut de fabrication. We couldn't wait to receive our Stonewood Cabinetry Vanity. We were proud to have chosen a Canadian company. Unfortunately, when we received our vanity, there were some flaws and the color of the counter was not at all like the pictures. In addition, the sink drain is not waterproof. We contacted customer service but they said they couldn't redeem and they made up reasons not to redeem it. No one came to see the condition of the furniture. It is said that the quality of a company is judged by its after-sales customer service. For this company, you will never have help and satisfaction. I do not recommend this company at all. Go to rona, you will get a much better price and better after sales service in case of manufacturing defect.

Not only that but we saved about $1200 off retail by purchasing a floor model with some slight paint scratches on the front (and it came with it's own touch up paint!). Delivery was fast and friendly and right on time! Service in-store also friendly and helpful. Couldn't be happier with our experience with Stonewood.
