Very nice gentleman serving us and would definitely rent enterprise, fort mac airport again!!

J	Jon Hawco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to pick up my car at 1 pm on aug 2 2020 and they had me call a number to reach the counter person which was fine. After calling I had to wait almost 30 mins for my car. When the representative came in from driving my car to the parking he proceeded to hand me the keys. He was not wearing a mask, had no gloves on, and did NOT sanitize his hands. They say they have a low contact rental for covid but obviously that includes contacting a mask or sanitizer. The next time I see this done I will take my buisness to Avis who DID have masks and gloves on. This was very very poor response to covid especially in an airport.
S	Spencer Bramall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phoned the call number, rented a car to get home that night. In website says open until 8. Showed up at 7:15 no one around, was told to wait until 8. Waited till 8:15. No one. Opens at 8 next morning. No one there. On phone for an hour that morning, come to find that now they won’t let us one way the vehicle to Edmonton and we were told the night before we could. Also are going to charge more now. Worst run company in existence. Waste of time. I’d recommend walking you’d have better luck. Thanks for nothing. Only reason you got one star rating is cause there isn’t a negative star rating.
J	Jamie Hunter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vehicles didn't have winter tires. Washer fluid was for summer, so it froze across my entire windshield and the snow brush/scraper had a broken scraper. Terrible combination for -25°C during a winter storm.
