We have been living here for a few weeks and have nothing but good things to say about our experience. As a man from rural Saskatchewan, I really appreciate the location, it makes me feel like I am waking up every morning in the country. Clean, bright, high quality units and a free gym to boot! Staff was very helpful in the moving in process. My girlfriend and I found all staff to be extremely helpful and forthcoming with information and any questions that we had. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I actually hate living here. I have a cat that I have to pay an extra pet fee for. However, I constantly hear dogs barking at all times of day and night. Doesn’t seem fair that people with quiet pets have to pay a pet fee. Also have to pay 50.00 for parking. They only snow plowed one time this winter! I have almost slid under my car trying to put my toddler in his car seat. So dangerous and ridiculous to pay 50.00 a month for nothing. They had all their fobs not working today in any building. Couldn’t get into the building through any door. Tried calling the 24/7 line and 19 people were waiting in que. I used the option for them to call me back which they never did. They also have the cheapest kitchen cupboards and bathroom cabinets that have all the doors falling off. The drapes again are very cheap and the plastic brackets break off super easily. The elevator constantly breaks down and gets stuck and you have to bang the elevator door to get it to open. Can not wait until the lease is up! They have also been advertising shopping stores for over a year and have not started anything. The closest grocery store is about a ten minute drive. Can’t wait until my lease is up! What an overpriced junky place in the middle of nowhere!

Kim was so amazing to deal with. She addressed all my concerns In a timely manner. Great communication , quick to respond. Even after I moved out and forgot something at the apartment she was so easy to talk to and quick to help me figure something out.

I had good and bad experiences while living here, and I just want to share this information with folks so they can make an informed decision before moving in. The good: -pet friendly -quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of town -new playgrounds nearby for kids -new co op gas station conveniently nearby -gym, dog run, dog Wash station The less than good: -very loud buildings, as there are people with anywhere from 1-4 large dogs in very small apartments -my friend was looking for a place to live, and prior to more of my negative experiences, I had mentioned that Westerra fields had openings. Herself and her partner had taken a tour, applied, and given a damage deposit. They tried calling for a week to let the rental office staff know which unit they had decided to take, and they avoided her calls and emails for close to two weeks, despite having taken her damage deposit. Finally they respond saying they can't let them live there due to their credit. You would think that it would make more sense to do the credit check first before telling a potential tenant you need hundreds of dollars from them for a damage deposit. My friend then had one heck of a time receiving her damage deposit refund, as the office kept dodging her communication. When she finally went in they wasted her entire lunch hour because they "didn't know how to give a refund". -Rental office staff hounded me for insurance documents that I had already given them...six months after I moved it. I dealt with weekly emails even though I had been living there for months and had already given them my insurance information. It's not my job to do their job because they've lost my documents. -I moved in the Friday prior to new years eve. When I got there at the agreed time with all of my things, my fob did not work to access the building. The rental office staff member, a younger woman around my age, told me that there was nothing that could be done about this. She seriously expected me to just either not leave the building for the entire long weekend to avoid getting locked out, or just be homeless for the weekend until she could get a working fob. I understand that she was new, but call someone and problem solve, as you can't leave a tenant homeless in the middle of winter for 3.5 days. She was unable to problem solve so I suggested calling her boss, calling a helpline, or giving me another fob (whether it be a staff fob or contractor fob) that wouldn't be used by staff or whomever during the long weekend until mine could be set up properly. Finally, she reluctantly loaned me a fob to access my own apartment building, after a few hours. -The treadmills in the gym were broken for the majority of my year long lease. When I called the helpline to report that they needed maintenance, I got a snarky "it's already been reported" in response. Not estimated time of service, no thank you for calling it in. -After moving out, I had an incident where important mail of mine was accidentally sent to my old apartment at Westerra fields. When I contacted the rental office via online chat, the person who was "helping" me was less than pleasant and was not helpful. She simply said that it wasn't their problem, that they couldn't open a tenants mailbox, and to call Canada Post myself about it, and then disconnected the chat. I never asked her to go through the new tenants mail, in fact, she disconnected before I could suggest that she email the tenant and ask if she had received any of the wrong mail, and then hold it at the rental office so that I could pick it up. Again, the theme with this particular staff member seems to be to not listen to your problem fully, respond bluntly without thinking, and then not try and problem solve or be helpful in anyway. -I went to the rental office to drop off papers for moving out, at a time I had told them I was coming. The rental office was occupied by a rental office staff member and a couple who looked like they were about to sign papers to move in. A staff member was waiting outside the door, and I went to open the door to drop off my

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Property management is a joke. They'll yell and argue at you. Absolutely not friendly in any way. Showed up a half hour before they closed to book the community room, got ignored at 30 minutes and then told it was closed. Complaints never get dealt with. It's been 3 months of noise from 5am to 1am in the apartment above us. We call in at least once per week and nothing has been done. Constantly running, jumping, and screaming. Numerous recordings have been sent to the staff and they've even come by and recorded their own. It's like they just don't care. Ended up having to call the police because they won't listen to management. We've been told we're not allowed to talk with the neighbors either. Garbage bins are always overflowing. Residents don't care and staff can't be bothered with it. Units feel very cheap. Thin walls, cheap appliances, and no actual seal on the main door. If there's a fire here I doubt anyone will be safe. Don't take your chances. The price may be nice but it's not worth it.

Do not move here if you want a peaceful nights sleep. I’ve made multiple complaints against the same tenant. In fact, as I write this it is 1am and I’ve called once tonight and am looking at calling a second time because he will not shut up! This has been an ongoing issue since I moved in. But rather than evict him, he has been rewarded with a new lease. I’ve never lived anywhere with noise like this. I do not want a response on this as that will be of absolutely no use. There has been plenty of time for this to be remedied and and nothing has been done. Do not move here unless to can sleep with noise cancelling headphones or some very good earplugs.

Renting here has been nothing but problems. The noise is constant, fire alarms go off in the middle of the night in -40 weather multiple times throughout the winter and Property management does nothing to address you concerns or even take the time to contact you back. They are a breeze to deal with when they are accepting your money and moving in but absolute crooks when you are trying to move out even if you are good tenants. The amount of drug use on this property makes it difficult to have children living in these buildings.
