★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to live but not easy to give directions to as it is behind an older apartment complex. This building is now 4-5 years old so somethings are starting to need repairs but they do get done fairly quickly. The outside windows have never been cleaned and really need to be done since they have been in the building for 5 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From our experience: The first month or so living here was great! Then we started noticing a few things.. Cosmetically the apartments are nice- big balconies, new appliances, clean look, but cheaply built. The underground parking is a plus, although the garage door leading into it seems to break at least once a week, stranding you in or out with your car for at least a few hours. The outside of the windows did not get cleaned once during our lease. Staff can be very hard to get ahold of or they just don’t answer.. Definitely would not recommend Boardwalk communities to anyone after our time there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn’t be any happier with this apartment! The apartment in itself has a great location, multiple parks just behind it. They do have an underground parking, which is great for winter as well. The staff, namely Maria and Laila are great and approachable! They have accommodated me with several inquiries and concerns. Thumbs up for their great staff! ??
