★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for family. A lot of place for kids to run around. Bwalk customer service is great. However, rents are going up out of proportion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boardwalk is a wonderful place to rent from. They have a good maintenance guarantee which is if its not fixed within 24 hours you get each day it isn't fixed free, which means less rent to pay for next month. The only problems I have with Boardwalk is some of the people they rent to. The apartments I am in is a family building but the people here are very inconsiderate. The caretaker doesn't listen to anyone and will turn her music up to the max and won't answer the door when anyone goes to ask her to turn it down. I have 2 small boys that nap but they can't nap during the day because of her. I am ready to get her fired.

I have no complaints but rather praise for the exceptional care they take ; care of their buildings, the friendly staff that goes above and beyond to ensure my needs and requests are addressed in a timely manner. The sidewalks are always cleared after snow and ice melt applied where needed. I can’t say enough great things about this place. I would highly recommend Evergreen Estates from the young families to the old.
