★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I arrived at this branch at 5.30 pm. with the intention of receiving cash around C$700. The counter lady told me cash was not available. She further said it will be available only next Friday, (a week later). I tried a couple of other places without success. I am a Senior citizen and needed the money urgently which my daughter was able to send me from US. As I do not have my own transport, I have to depend on others to give me transport as there is no public transport available nearby. It was minus 30 or so tonight and I had no way to go to any other place in this extremely cold weather. This is not the first time this branch did not have money available to pay and I wonder how this business is able run when its unable to pay less than a thousand dollars to a customer. I am saddened and thoroughly disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to pick up a money order from an aunt in Spain today between 5:30 and 6:00... I ended up asking what the employee's name is because her service was terrible! "Amy" was rude. No greeting, no courtesy, short and cold responses and I'm sure CASH is NOT the only way to recieve the order, but it is according to "Amy" and this particular Money Mart... So I will never go there again and I will not be recommending it to anyone either. In these hard times, when jobs are hard to come by, I find this kind of service disappointing and employees with attitudes ungrateful.
