★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hella-Ann and Janalee were both very knowledgeable and helpful with a straightforward approach! I managed to save approximately $1000 compared to my previous policy for 2 vehicles. Coverage was similar with lower deductibles on collision and comprehensive. I referred 2 friends as a result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am quite impressed with branch, I was with (i am again) with intact insurance but i was 74cents short on my 2nd late payment so it was cancelled. I went to every insurance company and broker in cold lake. Everytime at every place i was told no, on getting a payment plan it was the first question i asked when i went in. Ashley was the first and only person who took the time too stop me before i left and sat down and wrote me a quote. After that she would contact when my quote was ready, was kind enough to refer some places i might find some financial aid as i didnt have the money to pay at the time. When all the paper work was signed and ready to go i was still waiting on the money i needed, as well as having a tough schedule to work around. One day i was out of town another day i would suddenly have off without notice but ashley was flexible and quick to respond to my emails so when i was able to come in on short notice. It wasn't a problem. I would recommend this branch to my friends and family as not just ashley everyone who i talked too was friendly and a great team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to contact Western in Cold Lake 4 times over a span of days. Only had "pleasant home music" and system hung up after prolonged wait listening to repeat message. Not impressed! Will look for different broker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at this office are very helpful and knowledgable. Whenever I ask questions, they are able to answer them for me. And at times when I am not asking the questions I should be, they let me know the information I need to know. When I come in, I am met with a smile and typically a very short wait. The staff seem to enjoy their jobs and that is reflected in the service they give. They take time to listen to my individualized insurance needs and work hard to meet those needs. They don't just simply sell me insurance that is not even needed or doesn't fit my particular situation. I feel like I am a valued customer and not just a policy number. Keep up the great work!

Whenever I have to visit the brokers at Western Financial it is a wonderful experience and they always keep me updated once I have renewals. When I switched to Western Financial I was greeted by the Broker Victoria. She was very helpful in guiding me towards proper coverage for my vehicle and venue insurance for my wedding. She always makes me feel welcome and secure with my choices. I always recommend Victoria when people need insurance.

She is AMAZING! in all the years I have been dealing with the policy this has been the best experience I have had so far.
