Within 24 hrs of me contacting Sharon Laine she was on top of our claim. Guiding us thru the steps to file a claim.. Sharon referred us to Kacia R as our investigating claims officer, an absolutely phenomenal lady. The team that Kacia works with was organized and easily contacted. At Westland their professionalism and positive attitudes toward us never falter. We really enjoy coming to see them. (I mean seriously, it’s insurance. Who ENJOYS buying insurance?)
