Don't go here! I live out of town and called and emailed multiple times to make sure that I had everything I needed to insure my car, as I could only get a ride into town once that month. When I got there they didn't know what they were doing and said I was missing things and kept telling me it was my fault. I went across the street and they had my car insured in 20 mins no problems. I would rate them lower if possible

I work in a Motorsports shop and we often have to register units. The ladies at Western Financial Group in Golden are always very helpful and knowledgeable. They are always happy to help and have great customer service.

Deanna and her staff have always been tremendous and continue to be under current conditions. Corporate, however is a different story - after checking hours both online and via telephone msg, both indicated open at 8:30 as usual. With a 40 km round trip to arrive at the 8:30 open to ensure quick departure from this usually very busy office, only to find out temporary hours start at 9. Your website provides for an option to check any office particulars for change to office details, shows no change. Corporate decision not to change their online hours or to provide a contemporary phone system with which updates can actually be made, is bad business. This absolute lack of consideration suggests corporate have no concern for clients, and could've been quite proactive in this regard. You've just made certain that this distastefully repetitive annual process, is absolutely that. Thanks for 'living up' to the industry's reputation!

They put the insurance on the wrong vehicle which in turn cost a $600 tow bill and then denied they insured the wrong vehicle. Called main branch regarding the screw up and no response a month later. Johnson Meir it is going foreward.

I arrived at this office at 4:10. Sat in the waiting room for 15 minutes. At 4:25 I was told they don't register vehicles past 4pm in spite of the fact they are open till 5. I drove a long distance to get this done. They did not care. Would love to say I am never going back but icbc has you over a barrel and no choice.

I set up a townhouse insurance policy with Western Financial Group in Golden for one year. They knew the age of my hater heaters at that time but a month latter I received an email stating I must replace my water heater within 2 months or my policy will be canceled. After the hot water heater was replaced, I tried to set up a new policy and they told me my previous policy was canceled due to non-compliance. This was upsetting since I canceled the policy with the understanding it wouldnโ€™t be held against me. I asked why was I non compliant and the response from the golden branch manager Deanna Lacasse was although there was nothing in the policy about water heaters, I understood that the water heater needed to be replace when I set up the policy. It is a lie to say there was any understanding or agreement with me, besides if I had known I had to replace the water heater I wouldnโ€™t have started the policy until it was replaced, as canceling cost me 1 month penalty. I guess they consider an email to be binding and retroactive agreement on your part. Also, I agree with the other reviews that it shouldnโ€™t take over an hr to reregister your vehicle. Although they treat you like you have no choice to do business with them there is an alternative across the street.

A shout out to the Western financial team in Golden. Special thanks to Gloria for helping me get plates back on my truck when I got back in country. An ever present road closure to Field and a downed telephone service did not impede her ability to make arrangements to get me back on the road again.
