She was able to review our accounts and find us a much better rate for our home and Automobiles. When we were in a collision a year ago she was on it. She made sure we were all ok, and immediately started our process even though it was by then after hours. When we hit road blocks with our carrier, Christy went to bat for us and made everything come together and took care of us. She has been able to help us insure all of our vehicles even the tricky ones and able to provide excellent coverage at very reasonable rates. When ever we have questions she is able to guide us where we need to be or do the research to provide the best option. We have been lucky to have Christy as our Rep and she is the only reason that we continued with Muskoka Insurance Brokers.
