N	Nic Nemisz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst Chinese food I've ever had. Soy sauce in the rice and noodles tasted cheap and the dumplings are frozen and store bought. Beef in the shanghai noodles under seasoned and noodles overcooked and mushy. Did not have red vinegar or chili oil. The S&P squid batter is hard and bland. The atmosphere is horrible; no music, cold inside, outdated decor and an extremely loud doorbell that rings when the food is ready. Overpriced and underwhelming.

They keep saying the family has been there for over 100 years... but I’m like... how? This is not good Chinese food, The noodles are flavorless and have a weird texture. The rice was okay. The “fried” food is most likely frozen food that you find in a grocery store ... in the frozen section. They over charge, they should take all that extra over charged money and make good Chinese food. Just a thought. I am giving two stars, one for the curry, and another for our waitress who was very nice and gave great customer service.

P	Patrick Flanagan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in after a long hike. The place was empty. But after I ordered it got very busy. I got the beef chow mein and bbq pork noodles. Food was average. Pork was dry. Waitress was friendly. Got an earful of the local gossip.

They've been in the golden area for over a hundred years and they sure know how to make food very friendly staff. Don't mind paying a little extra for good food which is exactly what I had got here. Definitely worth going to again

One portion of chicken balls and egg fried rice put through as two separate meals costing $40 alone, the woman at the counter would not concede I had ordered 1 meal insisting they were two separate full price meals. It would've been tolerable had the food been remotely good, instead it was utterly bland and tasteless, like eating rubber. I left half of it despite the shock of paying that amount for what is basic food. My partner got the vegetable chop suey which came with no noodles, just a bowl of vegetables looking like that had come out of the frozen veg section of a supermarket. Due to a lack of options we ordered near the end of the night not finding many other places open and felt like we got the dregs of that nights food.
